Mrs Lim contacted us in May to discuss her extension project, and how we could help supply her dream German kitchen. Take a look below to see how it went:
Mrs Lim was searching for a modern, minimalistic, Scandi-inspired design that would be suitable for her family home. After looking through our Nobilia collection she chose the 'SanRemo Oak' door from the Riva range, and we got to work.
It's important that the individual needs of our clients are considered in the way we design a kitchen, so some initial online consultation sessions helped us to really understand what Mrs Lim needed from her space.

With the design finalised, it was time to start production on Mrs Lims kitchen. We worked closely with the technical office in Germany to ensure every detail was planned perfectly, ready for the factory in Gütersloh.
Once Mrs Lims kitchen was complete, it was time to get it out to site. Nobilia's own dedicated fleet of trucks carefully transported her pre-assembled kitchen to our UK depot, where our own friendly logistic team took over and delivered it to her home address, on the exact day we had planned with her some weeks previously (German efficiency at it's finest!)
We're always keen to provide the absolute best value for our clients, and cost is a key part of that equation. Our efficient supply-only service helped ensure Mrs Lim got the designer kitchen of her dreams, at an extremely competitive price.
As Mrs Lim's installation team were working, we remained on hand to answer any queries her fitters had. This included answering general questions about the design & product, as well as providing specific instructions about certain fittings and fitments.
We communicated with Mrs Lim's fitting team directly, keeping her experience as streamlined and hassle-free as possible.
