All of our quotes include free UK delivery (UK mainland only). Once your order is placed and confirmed we will agree your delivery date and time. All deliveries are based on a 1 man delivery and will require 2 people to help unload. 2 man deliveries can be agreed at an additional cost of £180 with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Deliveries are based on ground floor locations, any upper of lower floor locations will need to be noted at point of purchase.
Once your kitchen has been fully produced and passed by Nobilia's Quality Control department it will be carefully loaded and delivered to us at either our North East or London storage location by Nobilia's international logistic fleet. From here your kitchen will be inspected once more before being loaded onto one of our smaller dispatch vans for delivery directly to you on your pre-arranged date.
Once you are happy with your itemised quotation and ready to order, we take a 60% deposit payment against your total balance to get your order into production. Once your goods have been checked over by us and are ready for delivery, the final 40% balance then becomes due. Please note that we will not release any goods for delivery to site until the balance has been paid in full.
Payment can be made via credit or debit card, we accept telephone payments via our secure phone line as well as BACS. You can also pay via the link provided on your email invoice (this is also a secure payment option, so you can rest assured that we take your privacy and security very seriously).
Once you are happy with your design and itemised quotation, please notify a member of our team and we'll raise your automated invoice. You will receive an email from us containing your invoice and also a link to make your secure deposit payment online. If you would prefer to pay with a card over the phone or via BACS transfer, please don't hesitate to let us know. Once this is done, simply sit back and wait for your fantastic new Nobilia kitchen to be delivered to your door!

We operate on a standard 28 day quotation period (beginning on the date our quote is sent out to you) and as such any quotes older than 28 days we are not liable to honour (unless otherwise specified). Please be aware that any special offers included in your quote that are only valid for a specific period of time may not be included in your order if the order is placed outside the time frame of the offer. If you have a quote from us that is older than 28 days, please be sure to request a re-quote before ordering. Our team will then notify you of any current offers you may qualify for.
Nobilia operate from 2 main production locations in Germany; plant I in Verl-Sürenheide and plant II in Verl-Kaunitz. In total, the two plants produce over 727,000 kitchens per year. That's over 3,300 per day! The two production facilities have a combined area of over 250,000m² and are home to over 3,500 employees.
All our Nobilia kitchens are "made-to-order" by the production plants in Germany - this means none of our furniture goods come from a stockpile and you can therefore be assured of a 100% brand new kitchen on every order. In order to produce & ship a full kitchen like this from scratch, we operate on a normal lead time of 3 working weeks from date of order to delivery. Please be aware that at certain points in the year this period may extend slightly due to the company calendar.
As all our German kitchens are all made to order, once you have paid your deposit and production begins your order will become binding and under normal circumstances no cancellation is possible. Please therefore ensure you check all items and colours with your designer prior to paying your deposit and placing your order. Outstanding balance payments are always due prior to delivery, regardless of any change of circumstance that may occur after the order is placed.
As all the goods we supply are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or operate a collection/refund policy on our orders. If any item on a delivery is missing or not of satisfactory quality, please report it to us ASAP and in all cases within 2 days of receiving your goods. We will do everything in our power to assist with the remediation of complaints, however we cannot be held liable for damages that occur to goods in your care. In the rare event that any items should arrive to you damaged, GKS will replace these elements free of charge.
