Once your design is completed, we’ll send you a set of high-quality 3D visuals along with our itemised quotation. All our prices include UK VAT, plus our complimentary delivery service to your home or site address (UK mainland only). No hidden costs here!
If you’ve already had a design done and simply need a more competitive quote, send us over the design files you have available and we’ll come straight back with our best supply-only price. We won’t be beaten on price for alike-for-like quote, and pride ourselves in offering the best value for money, period.
With your deposit paid we’re now ready to start making your kitchen. After a quick a sign-off on our plans we send your order and appliance information over to our technical office in Germany, who will check for any compatibility issues before production starts. If anything pops up, we’ll let you know in good time.
Once all your appliance info has been approved, we can send your order to the factory to start the build process – exciting stuff!
All our German kitchen units are made to order and arrive pre-built, meaning you’re guaranteed a brand-new kitchen and a speedy installation, every time.
Your brand-new, supply-only German kitchen is then delivered to us directly by Germany’s fleet of trucks and is fully inspected upon arrival for any potential damages (thanks to the delivery being handled by Germany themselves and not outsourced however, these are very rare!)
With your kitchen then ready for onward delivery by us to your home address, your remaining balance payment will become due and your delivery can be released, directly to your door by our skilled and conscientious delivery team!
But that's not all....
Your supply-only German kitchen has now been successfully delivered, but it doesn’t stop there!
We also supply copies of all your design paperwork for the attention of your installer, and remain on hand during the installation should they have any fitting-related queries whatsoever. Our telephone support service means your fitter can call us at the office directly, helping you relax while the works take place.
